Fund investment strategy: industry guidance, industry assistance

The fund will conduct industry guidance, which means attracting domestic and international resources to the strategic industries and key industries of Grand Union of Innovation via participating in sub-funds.

It's also expected to introduce various national-level funds and social capital and stimulate the implementation of joint investments – relaying investments and other tools to further expand the driving effect of the guidance fund.

Also on the agenda is industry assistance – which means helping enterprises in Grand Union of Innovation achieve high-quality development through direct investment.

The selection rules for direct equity investment projects for the guidance fund have been set – and priority has been given to major sci-tech transformation projects with better commercialization prospects.
