Policy support for senior technicians, technicians and senior workers

I. Scope of application

Senior technicians, technicians and senior workers who work for key industrial supply chain enterprises and specialized and innovative enterprises in Hefei are eligible to apply for the following policies: 

II. Policy content

Housing guarantee: Successful applicants can buy their first self-occupied house in Hefei without being subject to the household registration requirements.

Rent guarantee: Applicants who do not own a house in Hefei can rent a house from a State-owned leasing company at no charge for three years, with respective floor spaces of no more than 90 square meters, 70 sq m and 50 sq m.

Applicants who rent a house on their own can get housing rental subsidies for 36,000 yuan ($5,053), 20,000 yuan and 15,000 yuan per year, respectively, for three years. 

Note: Applicants who are recognized as high-level talent can apply for the relevant policies appertaining to their grading in key industrial supply chain enterprises and specialized and innovative enterprises.
