For newly-introduced groups belonging to the category of excellent innovation and entrepreneurship groups of Weifang city, and those newly-selected to the categories, supportive funds worth 1 million yuan will be rewarded by the financial department of local government.

ARTICLE 5 / Encourage Innovation and Entrepreneurship on the District's level

To develop innovation and entrepreneurship talents and groups with core technology promoting the industrial upgrading of Weifang National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, the financial department of local government will select a batch of these talents and groups that didn't make the category of upper-city level excellent projects and respectively give rewards worth 100,000 yuan and 200,000 yuan.

ARTICLE 6 / Encourage Talent Introduction

For intermediary institutions or individuals that helped brought in national, provincial and municipal high-end personnel to Weifang National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, supportive funds worth 100,000 yuan, 50,000 yuan and 30,000 yuan will be rewarded by the financial department of local government every two years.

For district enterprises that newly brought in high-level, high-skilled or senior management talents with annual salary exceeding 500,000 yuan, supportive funds worth 10 percent of the total payment made to the talents will be rewarded by the financial department of local government.

For district enterprises that have staff selected to the category of municipal "Overseas Experts" project, supportive funds worth ranging from 25,000 yuan to 100,000 yuan will be rewarded by the financial department of local government.

ARTICLE 7 / Foster High-skilled Talents

For enterprises that newly recognized as national or provincial level skilled masters bases, supportive funds worth 50,000 yuan or 30,000 yuan will be rewarded by the financial department of local government.

For individuals grabbing the honor of the National Skill Award, supportive funds worth 50,000 yuan will be rewarded by the financial department of local government.

For individuals winning the qualification of technician or senior technician in their enterprises, supportive training funds worth 750 yuan or 1,000 yuan will be rewarded by the financial department of local government.
