The meaning of the traffic signal:

1. When the green light is on, vehicles and pedestrians are allowed to pass;

2. When the red light is on, vehicles and pedestrians are not allowed to pass;

3. When the yellow light is on, vehicles and pedestrians are not allowed to pass, but vehicles that have to drive beyond the stop line and pedestrians who have walked into the pedestrian crossing can continue to pass;

4. When the yellow light flashes, vehicles, and pedestrians should not pass the roads unless safety is confirmed.

Pedestrians must comply with the following regulations:

1. Walk in the sidewalk or by side if the sidewalk is not designed;

2. Cross the roadway through the pedestrian crossing;

3. Do not cross or lean on the crossing barrier;

4. Do not climb on, chase, or forcibly stop the traveling vehicle, or throw articles to any vehicle;

5. When passing through the road by rows, at most 2 people are allowed in each row. The children's queue must travel on the sidewalk.
