Detailed work plans were made and different teams were set up for specific tasks, including reception of foreign and domestic guests, communication with media outlets, and arranging the meeting and banquet.

These efforts ensured the success of the meeting, which won the approval of both the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the ROK's embassy in China.
