In view of the current epidemic situation and pursuant to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases, we hereby notify you of the following measures regarding quarantine facility management:
The quarantine facilities are under 24-hour closed-off management. Only essential staff at the facilities are allowed to come into contact with those under quarantine.
All people under centralized quarantine must cooperate with the medical staff in health monitoring and sample collection for nucleic acid and antibody testing. Those developing COVID-19 related symptoms shall immediately inform the medical staff or the in-house epidemic response task force. Room sharing is not allowed except for special circumstances verified upon medical evaluation or comprehensive assessment. Without official consent, people are prohibited from leaving the quarantine room and visiting each other.
If people undergoing centralized quarantine need to go to communal areas within the facilities, they shall seek consent from the in-house task force and be accompanied by the staff. Wear a surgical mask, keep at least one meter away from others, and avoid touching the surfaces or facilities in communal areas.
Those who spread the virus or cause damage to others' health or property due to violation of the regulations herein shall be held accountable under the law.
This Notification shall take effect from the date of issuance.
