Mount Huangshan, or Yellow Mountain, a famous scenic spot in East China's Anhui province, has introduced two new "easy travel" routes designed to help visitors experience its most iconic scenery in about 2.5 hours each.
The new offerings are designed for travelers seeking a shorter, more comfortable way to enjoy the mountain without long hikes or crowded detours.

The Yuping route focuses on key landmarks, including the Guest-Welcoming Pine, the Jade Screen cableway area, and panoramic views of Tiandu and Lianhua peaks. The Yungu route is designed with families in mind, covering famous formations such as Black Tiger Pine, and Shixin Peak, along with cloud-filled valleys and stone forests.
The first travel route package includes an admission ticket to the South Gate of Mount Huangshan (Yuping Cableway route), a one-way ascending ticket for the Yuping Cableway, and a one-way descending ticket for the Yuping Cableway, priced at 370 yuan ($54.41).
The second route package includes an admission ticket to the South Gate of Mount Huangshan (Yungu Cableway route), a one-way ascending ticket for the Yungu Cableway, and a one-way descending ticket for the Yungu Cableway, priced at RMB 350.
Both packages are available for purchase via the" Huangshan Tourism Official Platform" WeChat mini program.

Both routes streamline access to key attractions by reducing repetition and physical strain, while preserving Huangshan's signature scenery of strange pines, unique rocks, and seas of clouds.
Suitable for seniors, children and first-time visitors, the easily navigable routes are redefining people's travel experience on Mount Huangshan. Tourists can take cableways to reach key zones directly and capture representative mountain views easily.
