A promotional press conference for the achievements of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Association for Science and Technology was held in Beijing on Aug 16.

During the conference, 30 scientific and technological achievements covering the biomedical, artificial intelligence and modern agriculture industries were unveiled for 400 people in attendance.

Hosted by Zhu Xiduo, director of the Zhongguancun Tianhe Technology Transfer Center, the achievements selected after several rounds on the basis of having the greatest prospect for technological transfer.

On the same day, a fair was held to provide opportunities for cooperation seekers and scientific achievement makers to carry out further discussions.

Officials from the Zhongguancun Tianhe Technology Transfer Center also collected questionnaire surveys to gain a better understanding of demands of investors for scientific achievements, aiming to promote scientific transformation.

Initially launched in 2015, the promotional conference has been successfully been held for three years. Approximately 200 scientific achievements have been demonstrated with over 3,000 people joining the conferences.
