Zhongguancun Haidian Entrepreneurship Park signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Urumqi High-tech Industrial Development Zone and 365invest.cn on Feb 6, to jointly build the Zhongguancun (Xinjiang) Belt and Road Park and Industrial Transformation Base.

Hao Jianmin, head of Urumqi High-tech Industrial Development Zone, said that Zhongguancun Haidian Science Park and 365invest.cn bring new engine to the zone's development, as well as the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.

Three parties will set up a service platform for entrepreneurial incubation and acceleration. The Xinjiang Park will undertake Zhongguancun Haidian Entrepreneurship Park and Beijing Overseas Students Pioneer Park's project transformation and industrialization.

The Xinjiang Park aims to attract high-end talents and high-tech enterprises to settle in the Urumqi High-tech Industrial Development Zone through 365invest.cn's investment advantages.

Zhao Xinliang, director of the Zhongguancun Haidian Entrepreneurship Park, said that the park, as a center of the country's entrepreneurship parks, will send Zhongguancun's talents and scientific achievements to Xinjiang.

The cooperation hopes to help the Urumqi High-tech Industrial Development Zone to cluster and incubate high-tech projects of new energy and new materials, smart security, energy saving and environmental protection, high-end manufacturing and pharmaceutical and health industries.

The Xinjiang Park strives to build itself into a new highland that brings together high-end talents from Central and Southwest Asia, worldwide capitals and high-tech industries, contributing to the development of Xinjiang.
