Ji Jinbiao, deputy secretary of the CPC Beijing International Studies University (BISU) Committee and president of the university, led a delegation to the Central Academy of Culture and Tourism Administration (CACTA) on April 3.

Ji introduced BISU's history and uniqueness. He pointed out that the two sides are complementary with distinctive features in talent cultivation and scientific research, especially in the integration of culture and tourism.
He said he hoped for close cooperation between the two sides to serve international people-to-people exchanges and the spread of China's voices.

Ma Feng, deputy secretary of the CPC CACTA Committee and president of the academy, briefed on the overall situation and the development of the academy.
Expressing gratitude for BISU's support in recent years in the development of training courses and the exchange of training faculties, he said he hoped that the two sides can continuously boost cooperation, based on the strategic framework agreement.
He also proposed reaching consensus on annual cooperative projects.

The two sides also engaged in in-depth discussions on faculty sharing, curriculum development, academic exchanges, talent cultivation and international exchanges.
CACTA is a cadre training institution directly under the MCT. It trains cultural and tourism cadres at all levels, providing intellectual support for national cultural and tourism development.
