A tour of Nang industrial park in Payzawat

Nang bread is a must-have on Xinjiang people’s dining tables. Mihray, a young community worker,  introduced us the nang industrial park in Payzawat county. The modern factory here creates local jobs and produces over 300k nang daily with different shapes and decorative patterns. Following Mihray, we see multiple exhibits that present the long and rich history of baking nang in Xinjiang culture.
