Deputy Director General of the Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration
Zhang Yongzhong holds a Juris Master's degree. He started working for SIPA in 2001, when he was mainly responsible for promoting the implementation of IP Strategy, making patent policies and administrating patent affairs. During his work in SIPA, Zhang has participated in making IP policies such as the Outline of Shanghai Intellectual Property Strategy, the 12th Five-year Plan on Shanghai IP Development and Measures on the Subsidy for the Patent in Shanghai.
