The China-Belarus Industrial Great Stone Park is located in the center of Belarus, and is 25km from Minsk. It is part of the backbone that makes up the Silk Road Economic Belt and serves as a communication link between Europe, the CIS and Russia.
Snopkov praised SCO countries' efforts to come together and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic with solidarity and coordination.
Last year, Belarus was the first country to aid severely-hit China, sending two planes of humanitarian aid in January and February. After achieving a decisive victory in the fight against the pandemic, China later provided assistance to countries around the world, including Belarus.
The traditional Chinese medicine aided by Beijing, and Northwest China's Gansu and Shaanxi provinces, has shown unique effects in the prevention and treatment of the virus. Thousands of families in Belarus have benefited from prescriptions.
The Belarusian government attached great importance to traditional Chinese medicine, with various administrative centers around the country having established related institutes. In 2020, more than 900,000 reported cases received Chinese medical treatment.
