Facility expected to galvanize Longwan life health industry

The planned scientific research and development headquarters building of Zhejiang ERKN (Mingqi) Biotechnology Co Ltd, in Zhenan Technology City – located in the Longwan district of Wenzhou city in East China's Zhejiang province – broke ground on Dec 11.

Once completed, the facility is expected to help galvanize the district's life and health industry.

Costing a projected 160 million yuan ($25.11 million), the building is scheduled to be finished off and open for use in 2023. After completion, it will reportedly be one of the biggest biotech R&D centers in the province and in the industry.

Moving forwards, plans are for the company to continue to devote more effort into to innovation and R&D, to improve its competitiveness and to be a landmark in the biomedicine and life health industries.
