Yuki Sato is a Japanese agricultural expert who has been working in Longwan district – in the city of Wenzhou in East China's Zhejiang province for five years – and he's become enchanted with the place.

In this video, he shows his trips to the Wenzhou Olympic Sports Center by Wenzhou Rail Transit Line S1 and to the Longwan district library, where he tried his hand at the art of paper-cutting during the weekend.

Residents of Longwan have a lot to be proud of and to look forward to. The district is a key area for future community construction in Wenzhou, with the future community being a basic unit of common prosperity.

In China, future communities seek to develop an eco-friendly and digitalized lifestyle in urban areas. They encourage people to explore methods of development that include innovation, technology and cultural enrichment.

Meanwhile, common prosperity is widely said to be an essential requirement of socialism and is additionally a key feature of modernization – leading to a better standard of living that is shared by everyone, both in material and in cultural terms.

Moving forward, plans are for Longwan to focus on the development of a future community and strive to promote a high-quality life shared by the whole district, ensuring it becomes a reality.

"In the five years since I came to Longwan, I've not only integrated into the local life, but personally taken part in the development of Longwan," Sato said.

"A more livable and happier Longwan is becoming a reality," the Japanese expert added. "I've settled down here and look forward to witnessing a better Longwan in the future."
