Seminar on Chinese journalism to be held in Jinyun county

The fifth advanced seminar on journalism with Chinese characteristics will take place in Jinyun county in Lishui city, in East China's Zhejiang province, on July 25-31.

Co-organized by the Chinese Association for the History of Journalism and Communications and the CITIC Foundation for Reform and Development Studies, the seminar was first held at Tsinghua University in 2017 and was successively held at East China Normal University in 2018, Tsinghua University in 2019 and Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2021.

The fifth edition will address the major issues in Chinese society and academia – and discuss the future direction and core issues of journalism and communications studies in China.
