CNPIEC launches DataDimension

Developed and constructed by the China National Publications Import and Export (Group) Co., Ltd. (CNPIEC), DataDimension (DataD), a one-stop scientific research service platform, was launched at the 5th Forum for World STM Journals. The platform aims to promote the quality and efficiency of scientific research through scientific data, providing whole process scientific research tool solution for researchers. Liu Yadong, director of the Service Center for Societies of the CAST, and Lin Liying, general manager of CNPIEC jointly launched the platform.

CNPIEC said it has been undertaking the service guarantee of Chinese scientific research documentation resources. In the digital era, it is a difficult problem for scientific researchers to find valuable information in enormous knowledge system and scientific research documentation data, sort out research directions as well as screen, analyze and process massive scientific research data. CNPIEC’s algorithm team applies emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, to the element governance of scientific research data.

The DataD platform provides one-stop solution for various scientific research such as efficient information retrieval, knowledge discovery and management, quantitative analysis, academic publication and real-time collaboration and management of research teams.
