Future community

The Fuchun Future Community, the first of its kind in Longwan, was approved by the provincial government in May 2020 and is everything people imagine a futuristic residential community to be.

Focusing on health, services and entrepreneurship, the community consists of commercial housing, resettlement housing, and talent apartments, and is located near bus stops, rail transit stations, and a variety of other convenient living facilities.

Longwan has also upgraded its action plan for future urban construction with the layout of 34 future communities, 15 future industrial parks, eight future blocks, and 10 future villages, aiming to place futuristic elements in every corner of the district.
