The World Internet Conference (WIC) Representative Symposium was held on Nov 8, in Wuzhen, East China's Zhejiang province.
On the meeting, Zheng Qiliang, general manager of Kaspersky Lab's China arm, said, Kaspersky has forged close cooperation with multiple countries, including China. The company has worked closely with global IT security communities, Interpol (International Criminal Police Organization) and CERT (Cyber Emergency Response Team) worldwide for more than ten years.
Taking the collaboration with Interpol as an example, Kaspersky has provided the organization with human resources and training programs, shared the latest cyber threat reports and real-time threat situational awareness, and assisted in Interpol’s cybercrime-related detection and identification. In recent years, the company has also started to build national laboratories, national-level comprehensive cyber security situational awareness centers, and virus labs with many countries across the globe, Zheng added.
