Ningxia's May Day Labor Medal recipient Li Xinfu

On April 28th, Ningxia held a ceremony to celebrate International Labor Day and award the national and provincial May Day Labor Awards and Worker Pioneer Awards.

Li Xinfu, the production department manager of Wuzhong Zhongchuang Automatic Control Valve Co., Ltd. in Wuzhong, Ningxia Hui autonomous region, was awarded the "May Day Labor Medal of Ningxia in 2023". He is a senior technician and advanced machinist.

In the early 2007, Li Xinfu joined Zhongchuang and has been working there for 16 years.

Li Xinfu took the lead in research and development and led the technical team to study data, breakthrough various bottlenecks in high-pressure difference valve production and processing technology, and overcome harsh working conditions using valve manufacturing technology. He has applied for 23 patents and transformed the company's long-term dependence on imported valve manufacturing technology. His efforts have directly generated an economic value of over 11 million yuan ($1.59 million).
