Ningxia Worker Pioneer Award-winning collective: color printing workshop offset printing team of Ningxia Jinshiji Packaging and Printing

On April 28th, Ningxia held a ceremony to celebrate International Labor Day and award the national and provincial May 1st Labor Awards and Worker Pioneer Awards.

Ningxia Jinshiji Packaging Printing Co., Ltd.'s color printing workshop offset printing team was awarded the "2023 Ningxia Worker Pioneer Award".

The team consists of 31 people and operates on five world-class printing machines. They are dedicated to exploring new technologies and processes, and have completed two invention patents and three scientific and technological achievements for the company.

Through flexible and diverse training methods, such as mutual learning and mutual assistance, the team has established more than 10 printing technology backbones. During the entire production process, the team compiles and incorporates any difficult issues, equipment operating principles, and operational considerations discovered during the production process into the team's "Technical Handbook". They have not had any safety accidents to date.

The team completed 200 million printing tasks throughout the year and has repeatedly won the titles of "Advanced Team in the Company" and "Small Family of Workers in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region". They were also awarded the "2023 Ningxia Worker Pioneer Award".
