Hello, Shenyang! Episode 2 Tiexi district

Shenyang in Liaoning province is releasing a series of videos which explain the keywords of its 13 districts and counties. In the second episode of Hello, Shenyang, Zhao Yongsheng, head of Tiexi district introduces the district’s remarkable achievements in opening-up and international cooperation. Looking ahead, Tiexi will advance high-level opening-up to create an international business environment and build an international livable city, Zhao said.
