VOSS Group, founded in 1931 in Wipperfürth, Germany, is a globally leading manufacturer in fluid management technology solutions for vehicle and construction machinery. The sole shareholder of the VOSS Group is the Hans Hermann Voss Foundation, which ensures the independent continuity of the company in the long-term and supports numerous projects, facilities and institutions that give back to the environment and society. VOSS China, founded in Jinan, Shandong in 2007, is a wholly owned subsidiary of VOSS Group. VOSS China is responsible for the development, manufacturing and sales in the Chinese market, which is also the operation and administration hub of VOSS business in the Asia-Pacific region. In addition to designing, manufacturing and delivering a full range of VOSS products for Chinese customers, it also provides comprehensive support to the Korean, Japanese and South East Asian markets.
