JNRS takes top market share in intelligent manufacturing comprehensive solution market nationwide

In the Yinchuan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Ningxia Hui autonomous region, when entering the production workshop of Ningxia Juneng Robot Co., Ltd.(JNRS), it feels like stepping into a world of robots.

"This is a highly flexible and intelligent production line that is compatible with various workpieces and can achieve one-time loading material and long-term unmanned operation." Sun Wenjing, chairman of JNRS, introduced.

JNRS focuses on the development, production, and sale of gantry robots, automated production lines, and intelligent factory management software to achieve intelligent factories. 

Based on the integration of digital workshops and production line systems with intelligent robot units, JNRS provides customers with personalized and customized intelligent manufacturing comprehensive solutions. 

As a leader in the field of automation of component processing in China, since its establishment, JNRS has aimed to become the "factory that manufactures intelligent factories". With innovation as the core driving force, the company continuously conducts independent research and pioneers the development of key technologies, leading the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.

On May 12, 2023, JNRS was listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange, becoming the first listed company in Ningxia since the comprehensive registration reform.

"We gradually realized in production practice that upgrading the model of one person operating a CNC machine tool to an unmanned automated production line will bring about a qualitative leap in production efficiency and the management mode. As a result, our R&D staff have conducted extensive market research at home and abroad and have decided to use gantry robots as a breakthrough point for development." Song Ming'an, chief engineer of JNRS, said.

After nearly a year of repeated research and testing and a large number of process experiments, the first gantry robot was developed and successfully applied in a company in Fujian. 

Since then, orders for gantry robots have poured in, with sales increasing year by year and the lifting capacity of the robots increasing from 0.1 kilograms to 2,000 kilograms. JNRS has gradually become a leading manufacturer and service provider of gantry robots in the field of industrial robots in China.

As a national green factory, JNRS currently has multiple research and development platforms, including the "National-local Joint Engineering Laboratory", the national "Post-doctoral Research Workstation", the autonomous region-level "Enterprise Technology Center" and the "Engineering Technology Center". It hold 255 patents with independent intellectual property rights. 

In 2022, JNRS’s market share for intelligent manufacturing comprehensive solutions in the field of metal machine tool processing automation ranked first nationwide, and they have delivered approximately 1,600 automated production lines to over 360 customers.
