Freeski slopestyle open group concludes in Zhalantun

The open group of the freeski slopestyle event of the 14th National Winter Games took place at the Jinlong Mountain Ski Resort in Zhalantun on Feb 22, resulting in the awarding of two gold medals in the men's and women's categories.
The finals consisted of two rounds, with the best score from the two rounds determining the final results.
In the men's category, He Jinbo from the Henan team displayed remarkable consistency, securing a gold medal. Zhang Shihao from the Shandong team and Liu Xinpeng from the Guizhou team took home the silver and bronze medals, respectively.

In the women's category, just days after claiming a gold medal in the freeski big air event, Liu Mengting from the Jilin team delivered an outstanding performance, earning a score of 88.25 and securing another gold medal.
Yang Shuorui from the Heilongjiang team and Xiong Wenhui from the Henan team claimed the silver and bronze medals, respectively.
The competition showcased the exceptional skills and determination of all the participants, further highlighting the thrilling and competitive nature of freestyle skiing.
