Among the key factors contributing to the company's success is its continuous emphasis on technological innovation. According to Liu Kebin, director of the company's electronic research institute, Changjiang allocates 10 percent of its total output value to research and development annually. As a result, the company introduces about 2,000 new products to the market each year.

The company's commitment to talent development has been another critical factor in its success. Huang Zhigang, the company's board secretary, said their R&D team has grown to over 2,000 members, constituting 20 percent of the company's total workforce.
