Jinyun county in Lishui, Zhejiang province, is the only county in China named after Huangdi, also known as the Yellow Emperor. By employing modern technology, the county is breathing new life into the millennia-old Huangdi culture, transforming it into a tangible asset to boost the high-quality development of cultural tourism.
At the Xiandu scenic area, an intelligent robot guide named "Xianxian" interacts with visitors, telling the story of Huangdi culture. The robot represents a blend of technology and culture, creating a more immersive and engaging cultural experience.
Moreover, the scenic area has launched an app called "Huangdi Metaverse", which creates a digital version of the Yellow Emperor's ancestral temple. Users can assume virtual personas as they follow the main storyline, explore the temple, engage in face-to-face conversations with historical figures, and tour Xiandu, gaining insights into Jinyun's past and present.
