Fuzhou's Yongtai county acts to revitalize plum sector

Yongtai county, located in Fuzhou city, capital of East China's Fujian province, is renowned as being the hometown of the plum.  

Every year from July to September, the prime season for sun-drying plum, fresh plums to make prized dried plums, the distinctive sweet and sour aroma of dried plums fills the air in Yongtai, painting a vivid picture of a bountiful harvest.

Yongtai's plum processing and cultivation have a long history coupled with excellent quality.
