The MUSE Design Awards recently announced their 2024 winners, with Wenzhou Oulian Plaza in Longwan district clinching the prestigious Platinum Award.
Known as the "Oscars" of the design world, the MUSE Design Awards are organized by the International Awards Association and are renowned for their rigorous evaluation process and high standards.
The renovation of Oulian Plaza preserved the original commercial street layout of Rainbow Bay, blending old and new architectural elements to enhance spatial and temporal dimensions. The integration of smart automotive technology has revitalized the commercial space, replacing mechanical parking with a futuristic, sapphire-like display area.
