Henan province has established a cultural tourism investment group to revitalize and consolidate its cultural and tourism assets. In 2022, the province invested 6 billion yuan into the Unique Henan theme park project.

During the National Day holiday, the scenic area sold out its tickets four days in advance. By the fifth day, nearly 600,000 visits were recorded, marking a 10 percent increase from the same period the previous year, with 80 percent of attendees from outside Henan. Notably, 70 percent of the visitors were young people.
