The opening ceremony of the Woye Music Festival was held at the Ningxia Cultural Tourism Creative Industry Park on July 5, announcing the upcoming musical events during the Qixi Festival (Chinese Valentine's Day) on August 10 and 11 in the city of Shizuishan, Ningxia Hui autonomous region.

The event, focused on the young generation, is expected to combine a brilliant fireworks show on the themes "fantasy Qixi," "star hometown camping site," "Ningxia time-honored brand food carnival," "encounter with national intangible cultural heritage exhibition," a new energy vehicle exhibition and other creative activities.

According to Li Tao, deputy director of the Culture, Sports, Tourism, Radio and Television Bureau of Shizuishan, the local authority will distribute dining and accommodation vouchers to attract more visitors and provide high-level tourism services to enable the tourists fully experience the beautiful Ningxia.
