As night fell on Monday and the lights were turned on, Phoenix Fantasy City in Yinchuan's Cultural City sparkled with dazzling brilliance. The interplay of streetlights and the glow from traditional-style buildings added a unique charm to the city.  

Colorful lights lit up the courtyards of ancient-style architecture, exuding the essence of traditional Chinese culture. The well-organized courtyards, with their layered and harmonious layout, showcased a serene and picturesque beauty. Despite the cold weather, groups of tourists gathered in the square to take photos and capture memories in front of the main stage. Many also chose to explore the snack street, savoring a variety of delicious treats.

Last year, Yinchuan Cultural City's distinctive commercial street underwent upgrades to enhance its roads, riverside areas, east and west squares, and its south and north entrances. Building upon the existing complex, the area was revitalized with new scenes and lighting improvements.  

Using "Little Golden Phoenix" as its signature image, the project integrated Ningxia's Silk Road culture, frontier culture, Helan Mountain culture, and wine culture through the "culture+" model. These elements were blended into the architecture, scenes, business formats, performances, night tours and festivals, creating a landmark cultural and tourism IP brand — Phoenix Fantasy City — that represents Yinchuan's urban cultural identity.

Lingyu Road has enhanced the street's ambiance with a grand aerial display of phoenix-themed lights and distinctive storefront signs on both sides. The street is now interspersed with interactive photo-worthy installations, drawing visitors to take pictures.
