The much-anticipated third Helan Mountain Ice and Rock Art Festival will open on Dec 28 and run until Feb 28, 2025.

At Helan Mountain, pristine mountain spring water flows nearly all year round. During winter, this water transforms into glistening ribbons of ice. Majestic ice stalactites and icicles, some several meters long, hang elegantly, while ice stalagmites and pillars create a mesmerizing spectacle.
