The First Tourism Product and Cultural Creative Design Competition in Shapotou district of Zhongwei city, Ningxia Hui autonomous region, ended on March 10, awarding two gold, four silver, six bronze, and 10 excellence prizes. 

Lasting for three months, this competition attracted designers and enthusiasts from all over the country. One hundred seventy-seven entries participated, including 71 developed products and 106 conceptual designs integrating local cultural and tourism characteristics. These entries cover various fields such as cultural creative products, home and office supplies, clothing accessories, and specialty toys.

The work "Damaidi Rock Painting Coaster" has a simple and ancient design, reproducing the rock painting style and stone texture, winning the gold award in the developed design category. 

The "Dopamine Desert Camel Bell Series Cultural Products" clinched the gold award in the conceptual design category by utilizing sand and brass as primary materials to reimagine the image of camels.

The 22 award-winning participants were appointed as creative design advisors for the Shapotou district, enriching the district's creative talent pool. Additionally, the event attracted over 30 top enterprises to participate in the production and sales matchmaking session and talent exchange meeting, including cultural and creative enterprises, scenic spots, and agricultural producers. A total of six collaboration agreements were reached.
