The 2025 Ningxia Lingwu Comprehensive Tourism Promotion Conference was held in Yinchuan city, Ningxia Hui autonomous region. This event drew over a hundred participants, including representatives from the Ningxia tourism association, travel agencies, and cultural and tourism enterprises, to collaborate on a new chapter of integrated development of culture and tourism.

The event played Lingwu city's all-for-one tourism promotional video, showcasing the prehistoric civilization of Shuidonggou, the wonders of the Lingwu Dinosaur Geological Park, the elegant charm of Tang Dynasty style in Xingtangyuan Garden, and the green miracle of Baijitan National Nature Reserve.

Lingwu boasts a unique cultural tourism identity as a "land of billion-year history, ten-thousand-year civilization, thousand-year ancient county, and a rising star among China's top 100". 

Meanwhile, the city has introduced its 2025 "Attracting Visitors to Lingwu" incentive policy, offering subsidies for one-day tours, overnight stays, study trips, large group tours, as well as chartered flights and trains, with maximum rewards reaching one million yuan ($139,362.52) to invigorate the cultural tourism market.

The promotional event included a formal signing ceremony for strategic cooperation, during which several enterprises, including Ningxia China International Travel Service, established partnership agreements. These agreements are intended to foster mutual tourist referrals and facilitate the sharing of resources among the participating organizations.
