Oboo, the main peak of Helan Mountain, is the highest peak in Ningxia with an altitude of 3,556 meters. It is also the boundary peak between Ningxia and Inner Mongolia. When it is sunny, the mountain stands tall against the blue sky. On the ridge of Helan Mountain, there are oboos - piles of stones built by Mongolian herdsmen - which gave the main peak of Helan Mountain its name. On top of the mountain, there is a wooden tower; climbing the tower, you can overlook the Yinchuan plain. The Yellow River winds like a serpent through the picturesque fields, beautifully demonstrating the vitality of nature.
