Here's a tour guide for visitors to have fun in Wuzhong city, Ningxia Hui autonomous region, which is on the banks of the Yellow River.
The first stop is a national 5A-level tourist attraction called the Qingtongxia Yellow River Grand Canyon, where visitors can take a cruise through the canyon to explore the ancient pagodas of the Western Xia Dynasty (1038–1227) and climb high to check out the spectacular scenery at the confluence of the Yellow River and the canyon.
Elsewhere, the Hongshan River Industrial Tourism Area in Litong district is a good place to watch the automated production of chili sauce and taste authentic Wuzhong hotpot.
In the evening, Yanzhou Ancient City will make visitors feel as if they are traveling right back to the prosperous era of the Tang Dynasty (618–907).
