Wineries in the Ningxia Hui autonomous region are introducing new types of wine to connect their products with young people's everyday lives.
Chateau Soleil du Mont, a winery in Helan county, has gained popularity with its low alcohol sweet wine products, selling over 5,000 bottles in just two and a half months since their launch.

After a market investigation last year, the winery discovered that young consumers prefer alcoholic beverages with low alcohol content, sweet taste, ease of drinking, and high aesthetic appeal.
In response to this, its research and development team uses a variety of fresh grapes as raw materials to achieve an alcohol content of 6 percent ABV, focusing on a sweet flavor.
In addition, the Dynasty Winery has introduced innovative products that blend fragrant tea and mellow wine, catering to young people's demand for low- alcohol drinks.
