The Manpu · Seeing Helan Immersive Performing Arts Town ushered in the Dragon Boat Festival holiday from June 19 to 21, which coincided with the third anniversary of the scenic spot's opening. This increased the town's visitor traffic and consumption.

The town integrated traditional Dragon Boat Festival customs with the frontier ambiance of the Tang Dynasty (618-907), and all visitors received a free colorful rope for blessings upon entering.

The holiday performances were renovated and upgraded. Five professional theaters and multiple street performance spots showcased round-the-clock performances. Over a hundred NPCs (non-player characters) provided interactive companionship, adding fun to tourists' entertainment experience.

Visitors had the opportunity to wear ancient-style costumes at no cost, allowing them to immerse themselves in the local culture as it was over a thousand years ago.

The Diannong Ancient Street in the town offered local snacks, hot spring hotels, and distinctive homestays, making it easy for tourists to enjoy the holiday.

Based on the local historical and cultural heritage of the Helan Mountains, the town has offered an immersive cultural tourism experience that combines live-action performances, traditional folk customs, accommodation, dining, sightseeing, and shopping, catering to the current demand for in-depth short-distance travel among tourists.
