A BIT robot serves as a guide in a museum in the town of Montargis.
In June this year, some special guests, three robots developed by BIT, arrived in Montargis, a small town of about 100 kilometers south of Paris.
The robots were acting as explanatory aid at the local museum themed on the history of China-France friendship, providing museum visitors with intelligent and convenient tour guide services, and enhancing their overall visiting experience. The robots sparked strong reactions locally, becoming a new highlight of Sino-French technological and cultural exchanges.
The Mayor of Montargis Benoît Digeon said, "The introduction of intelligent tour guide robots not only reflects technological advancement but also symbolizes the deepening cooperation between China and France in the fields of technology and culture".
