Dec 24 Under the special circumstances affected by the COVID-19 epidemic this year, Shandong Port Group hit a batch of new record highs in this year's shipping business. As of to Dec 24, SPG's cargo throughput exceeded 1.4 billion tons and container throughput exceeded 30 million TEUs. The group's sea-rail joint transport exceeded 2 million TEUs, and the 70th container line had been launched.

Dec 12 The Shandong Gainsense Futures Co Ltd gained official approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission on Dec 2, with Qingdao Port of Shandong Port Group as the major shareholder.
