Tree Planting Day, also known as Arbor Day, falls on March 12 and is aimed at raising awareness of environmental protection. Shandong Port Group or SPG along with its four ports - Qingdao Port, Rizhao Port, Yantai Port and Bohai Bay Port - and 11 business companies including Shandong Port Shipping Group Co, celebrated the occasion this year with a tree-planting activity.
