Shandong Port Land-sea International Logistics Group, a subsidiary of Shandong Port Group (SPG), signed cooperative agreement with Qingdao Brewery's Smart Chain & Success Delivery on May 5, and both sides agreed to leverage their respective advantages, and expand cooperation in various fields.

Both sides will seek long-term cooperation in order to achieve mutual benefits and win-win outcomes. They also committed to have comprehensive exchanges and cooperate in the areas of international trade, multimodal transportation, and digital platform development.

They will also take responsibility for expediting the replacement of existing growth drivers with new ones, as well as promoting Shandong province's high-quality development, in order to accelerate the province's manufacturing industry's deep integration with the logistics sector.

SPG and Tsingtao Brewery are both century-old State-owned enterprises, and have established close relationships. The port service provider SPG is currently the world's largest port operator, and Tsingtao Brewery, the world's fifth-largest brewery that is based in Qingdao, is the country's first enterprise that listed in an overseas market.
