The Shandong Port Trading Group has recently launched its cross-border e-commerce beauty business.

The first batch of 40,000-unit transaction marked the start of the group's effort to rely on Shandong port platform resources to deepen integrated development of its supply chain comprehensive services complete with port, trade, logistics and shipping, according to the trading group.

In order to fully meet the customers' service needs for multi-point stocking and multi-region landing, the trading group has cooperated with Qingdao Port, Yantai Port, logistics group, and shipping group to formulate a comprehensive supply chain service plan. It provides services including stocking management, one-stop full-link services such as port handover, full logistics, chartering and booking, maritime transportation, port arrival and unloading, cargo supervision, customs declaration and inspection, warehousing and transshipment.

The whole process of distribution, transportation, warehousing, and distribution within the country is connected, effectively driving the cross-border e-commerce business flow, information flow, cargo flow, and value flow, bringing customers a new and upgraded cross-border e-commerce service, said the trading group.

In the future, the trading group will continue to improve its supply chain service system by strengthening functional integration and improving the ability to allocate supply chain elements, it said.
