The vessel ALS FLORA, fully laden with export goods, set sail from Qingdao Port on May 19, marking the launch of the first container shipping route to Mexico this year from Qingdao Port.
This newly established route operates with eight container ships, each boasting a capacity of over 4,000 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs), operating on a weekly schedule. The route sequentially reaches the Port of Ensenada and two other major ports on Mexico's west coast. Departing from Qingdao, the direct route to the Port of Ensenada takes only 20 days, positioning it as one of the fastest routes from China to Mexico. This development provides customers with a convenient logistics channel, further enhancing the market competitiveness of import and export enterprises, primarily in the Yellow River Basin region.
