The successful departure of nine 40-foot high cube containers loaded with tires and spare parts from Qingdao Port of Shandong Port Group (SPG) to Guinea marks the start of a new chapter for SPG's regional company in Africa and has ushered in a new era of comprehensive supply chain services for local tire companies in Guinea through cross-border collaboration.

The project company is the largest tire sales company in Guinea, providing vital resource support for the development of Guinea's mining industry. 

The significant progress in the tire export business can be attributed to the African company's close collaboration and efficient coordination at all levels, as well as its customer-centric approach to problem-solving. 

In the operational process, the African company prioritizes container preparation and stockpiling in warehouse transfer processes to enhance logistics efficiency; in ground and sea operations, it optimizes its operational model for efficient connections; in comprehensive services, it relies on cross-border collaboration to provide customers with one-stop services upon arrival, establishing a new model for cross-border business services.

This leap in business development not only drives the export growth of Shandong tire companies but also promotes the optimization of related industrial resources in Guinea.
