Port Sudan stands as the pearl of the southern Red Sea and a pivotal hub along the Belt and Road Initiative in northeastern Africa. The tailor-made quay crane operation and maintenance training initiative for Port Sudan symbolizes a vital stride in Shandong Port Group's (SPG) internationalization strategy, underlining the systematic dissemination of Chinese port technology standards and management expertise.

This training endeavor introduces an innovative teaching approach encompassing theory, case studies, practical exercises and discussions, leveraging SPG's state-of-the-art training facilities and expert faculty to focus on nurturing core technical personnel for Port Sudan.

Beyond facilitating the intelligent modernization of Port Sudan, this project establishes a fresh platform for Sino-African vocational education cooperation, poised to elevate the operational management standards at Port Sudan.

Guided by the spirits of Lu Ban, a skilled all-around craftsman and inventor during the Spring and Autumn Period (770-476 BC), and Mozi, founder of the Mohist school of thought during the Warring States Period (475-221 BC), the project creates a lasting cooperation mechanism that combines technical training, the development of collaborative standards, and talent cultivation.
