Shandong Port Group Co Ltd, established on Aug 6, 2019, is currently the world's largest port operator. It is a provincial State-owned enterprise approved by the People's Government of Shandong Province. The group consisting of Qingdao Port, Yantai Port, Rizhao Port and Bohai Bay Port, operates 17 major ports (port areas) and more than 300 production berths, and has more than 60,000 employees.
