Fengyang Mountain - Baishanzu, a national AAAA-tourist scenic spot in Qingyuan county, Lishui, Zhejiang province, sits at an altitude of 1,856.7 meters and is the second-highest peak in Zhejiang province.

The scenic spot has rich biological resources, varied vegetation, special geographical conditions and complex landforms, which all form the unique natural landscape of Baishanzu.

Large areas of natural forest ecosystems and many wildlife species are preserved here, including abies beshanzuensis, one of the 12 most endangered plants in the world as listed by the international Species Survival Commission (SSC).

There are more than 10 scenic spots in the area. An ecotourism center, Chamuyu resort, was built in its hinterland.

The National Forestry and Grassland Administration agreed in January 2020 to integrate Fengyang Mountain and Baishanzu area in Lishui with Qianjiangyuan National Forest Park in Quzhou to form Baishanzu National Park.
