During the 2023 World Internet Conference (WIC) Wuzhen Summit, Alibaba Group presented a unique XR (Extended Reality) experience to attendees.

What is "XR"? In simple terms, XR encompasses VR (Virtual Reality), AR (Augmented Reality), and MR (Mixed Reality), incorporating various technologies that blend the real and virtual worlds through electronic devices and digital technology, expanding the limited space into an infinite sensory experience.

At the Traditional Storytelling Room in Wuzhen, attendees had the chance to immerse themselves in a magnificent play of light and shadow simply by wearing a pair of special glasses.

During this year's Wuzhen Summit, in addition to the Ancient Courtyard Theatre (Traditional Storytelling Room), the Indigo Fabric Workshop and the White Lotus Pagoda (Temple) will also offer different XR experience shows, leading the audience into unique spaces where light and art intertwine.
